Library-Related RSS Feeds

I dug around trying to find good RSS feeds for the library. It's a lot like any other web search. I was looking for someone who blogs about organizational performance and customer service. I found that the phrase "customer service" is highly overused and abused! Nearly all the entries I found for customer service related to the department of a company that handles things gone wrong. I am much more interested in how to make things go right. I found one really good blog, www.collaborage.com, and will spend some more time later to find additional sources. I liked the search sites that presort the press releases from the blogs, since even a really interesting press release is unlikely to lead to a stream of related information.
